New partner at SüchtingPartner: Lawyer and notary assessor Oktay Atas

SuchtingPartner welcomes lawyer and notary assessor Oktay Atas as a new partner in the firm.

Lawyer Atas is the contact person for questions relating to real estate law, in particular when drafting and reviewing purchase contracts, in commercial law and corporate law when establishing and buying and selling small and medium-sized businesses, but also in their daily tasks as a permanent advisor.

In labor law, attorney Atas is at your disposal for dismissals, warnings and severance payments.

Mr. Atas advises entrepreneurial clients primarily in contract law when drafting business contracts, in commercial and corporate law in the establishment and development of companies as well as in questions of personal and entrepreneurial asset and corporate succession.

Lawyer Atas studied law at the Free University in Berlin and then worked as a research assistant in the chairs of Professor Dr. Sedatis and Professor Dr. Blankenburg works in Berlin. As a lecturer in labor law, he worked in a well-known exam repetition.

Mr. Atas has successfully completed the specialist lawyer courses in labor law and in commercial and corporate law.

There is a particular specialization in German-Turkish business and legal relationships. Mainly medium-sized companies in Germany, but also companies from Turkey see Mr. Atas as an experienced, reliable and competent contact person in all areas of business law, real estate law, contract law and labor law.
