The new TV 2 program “Norway’s new megahit” has already made its mark on Spotify’s Norwegian charts, including TV profile and former snowboarder Helene Olafsen’s song «Ludvig Daae».
In the program, six well-known profiles will try to make a mega-hit, together with experienced producers and artists. Every Saturday, a new participant is voted out by the viewers and judges.
Make more changes
Last week it was Einar Nilsson who had to thank for himself. He was replaced by comedian Truls Svendsen, who came in as a challenger.
Tonight it was time for the semifinals, and the participants performed Christmas songs to the Norwegian people. In the end, it was Maria Stavang who pulled the shortest straw, and had to go home.
However, she has the chance to come in again. The song among the voted participants who have the most streams by Wednesday, will in fact be fighting for the victory in next week’s final.

On Wednesday, TV 2 informed opposite See and listen that the broadcast on Saturday night would go without the audience in the studio.
