The District Education Secretariat (SED) has the facility to carry out the procedure online, improving communication with citizens to achieve a secure data exchange.
In an alliance with the Chancellery, it promoted this service to improve the quality of the experience of people who daily carry out the legalization procedures for school documents to study abroad.
When the process of legalizing documents for studies abroad is completed, the SED sends the interested party an email in response to the request with the legalized documents with a digital signature, filing number and a verification code. The information will be essential to submit an apostille to the Foreign Ministry.
