1. The Lincoln Lawyer (series, season 2)

It was one of the most popular series of 2022 and revolved around a top lawyer who solved one case after another from the backseat of his car. Of course we are talking about The Lincoln Lawyer. Mickey Haller has become addicted after an accident and everything is lost. Years later, he tries again as a lawyer and throws himself into the liquidation case of a former colleague. The series was watched en masse and therefore quickly renewed for a second season. So Manuel Garcia-Rulfo will soon be able to take on the role of the charming Mickey Haller again. The second season arrives on Netflix on Thursday, July 6.

2. WHAM! (documentary, 2023)

Everyone knows a few hits from Wham!. Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, Last Chrismas in Club Tropicana for example. Netflix dives with the brand new documentary WHAM! in the history of the musical duo. Their career as a pop group ultimately only lasted four years, because George Michael then wanted to start his own business. This period full of ups and downs is shared with us through unique archive material and never-before-seen images. You can watch the documentary from Wednesday 5 July.

3. Bird Box Barcelona (film, 2023)

Do you remember Bird Box yet? This film with Sandra Bullock was a real hit in 2018 and that is why it is now time for a Spanish-language version, Netflix has thought. Not crazy, because Bird Box can still be found in the top ten most watched Netflix Originals ever. In Bird Box Barcelona we leave for the great Spanish city, where a powerful threat still roams that you absolutely must not see. If you do let your gaze fall on it, then the end of the story is over. So again people will move through the streets with blindfolds. This time the main roles are played by Barbarian actress Georgina Campbell and Babylon actor Diego Calva. You can watch the film from Friday 14 July.
