The policeman is charged with two cases of rape, and for having abused his position as a policeman to obtain sexual intercourse from five different women.
He denies criminal guilt for all the points in the indictment.

Searched for rape online
Earlier this week, the court has already heard the explanation of the first woman who the Bureau also believes was raped by the police officer. She has explained that she felt forced into a boyfriend relationship against his will.
The policeman admits that he has had sexual intercourse with both women, but denies criminal guilt for rape. He also denies having abused his position towards the rest of the victims.
From the witness box on Friday, the other offended woman describes what she believes was a gross rape.
The policeman, for his part, says that the two had a common desire to carry out the various sexual acts.
In court this week, the police officer’s sexual preferences have been a topic several times. He himself refers to this as something “A little out of the ordinary maybe.”
The investigation has revealed that the policeman, on unspecified dates and times, has made a number of searches on the internet for, among other things, rape.
“Girl got raped”, “extreme bondage” and “girl tortured” are among the searches that are highlighted by the prosecutor.
– I have only been on legal pages, so I reckon that there are no real rapes I have seen, the accused replied when he was asked to comment on this.

The woman says that she was hit with a tool, that she was tied to the bed, and that she was hit in the face when she tried to get him to stop.

According to the woman, he did not stop until he decided to do so.
Think she liked it
Neither the woman nor the Bureau of Investigation has managed to time the exact date of the alleged rape. She believes that it happened in late November or early December 2019.
The policeman was arrested and remanded in custody on 10 December.
In his explanation of the alleged rape, he points out that he thinks the woman wanted to meet him again, right up until the arrest.
– December 9, she wrote to me. That is, the night before I was arrested, we tried to arrange for her to sleep with me.
The woman believes that she never wanted to meet the policeman after the alleged rape. She says that if she gave the impression of it in text messages, she also came up with white lies about why it did not fit.
As for the sexual acts, the police officer believes that he only did things that she wanted him to do.
At this point, the two completely disagree.
– She said that she liked to be hit hard over the face. She had previously had an exploratory period and was curious about sex.

The accused is quite clear that the woman never asked him to stop, but that she on the contrary expressed that she liked what happened.
The policeman did not finish his explanation against this charge until the court was adjourned on Friday afternoon. It is court-free on Monday, but he continues his explanation on Tuesday.
Helgeland District Court has set aside six weeks for the case.
