The Ombudsman’s Office confirmed this Friday a new massacre in the country, after the discovery of five bodies in the El Caracol district, in the municipality of Arauca.
“The barbarism of criminals has no limit. We vehemently reject its occurrence and ask the authorities to clarify what happened as soon as possible, ”said the Ombudsman’s Office.
