From January 1, 2024, the two Traveler reception areas located within the perimeter of the Portes de France Thionville agglomeration community will be managed by a new manager, Saint-Nabor Services. Operation and prices will also change.

As of January 10, 2019 and August 31, 2020, and for a period of time until December 31, 2023, the Portes de France Thionville agglomeration community had entrusted the management and maintenance of the reception areas for people from trip of Yutz “Pache Mendes” and Thionville “La Verdine”, to the company SG2A L’Hacienda.
As the contract expires, CAPFT representatives took note of the annual operating reports and accounts relating to the period from January 1 to December 31, 2022 for the Yutz and Thionville areas – in 2022, it spent 35 €065 for the “Pache Mendes” area in Yutz and €37,956 for the “La Verdine” area in Thionville – before approving a new manager, from January 1st. This is Saint-Nabor Services.
Who is Saint-Nabor Services?
Saint-Nabor Services is an integration structure through economic activity which works in the field of integration workshops and projects. She works for and with specific audiences such as unqualified job seekers, young people leaving the school system without a diploma, disabled workers, seniors made redundant a few years before retirement, etc.
The association presents suitable human and material resources, measures to ensure the sustainability of the two reception areas. Being an association specializing in the social and solidarity aspect and promoting professional reintegration, it is exempt from any public domain occupation fee.
How much does the new concession cost the city?
The proposal from Saint-Nabor Services includes a fixed contribution from the Urban Community amounting to €450,447/including tax, over the entire duration of the concession (from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2027) and for the two areas.
What is evolving?
From now on, the two reception areas will have the same occupancy rules, which was not yet the case. These new internal regulations common to both areas take into consideration the evolution of prices. Thus, the daily amount of the parking fee is set at €3.50 per space (instead of €3), the price of the KWh of electricity set at €0.22/KWh (instead of €0.17/ KWh) and security deposit is set at €105 (instead of €90).
