Caroline Druon: Completely. The idea is to celebrate 40 years of the brand and the birthday of all the Gauls. So of course, there will be a lot of little surprises this year. One of the surprises that we have all year, is that we put hidden gold magnets into the blue cords. Gall. And the lucky winners will be able to send us their magnet and we will send them a France collection card with all the France magnets. Because France is very important to the Gauls because we make French products. This postcard of France was created by a local artist.

So I really like it and it’s a fun product. Families love it and what’s more, inside, there are a few surprises. We have the French magnet with a French section and people also collect these magnets to put on their fridge.
France Blue Maine: How many cordon bleus do you sell?
Caroline Druon: Around 1 million cordon bleus leave the Sablé factory every week.
100% French cordon bleu, and 100% Sarthe, because of course, they come entirely from the Sablé sur Sarthe factory. We use French chickens and meat, so French chickens, French turkeys. We also produce duck and all our chickens are born, raised and prepared in France, we work with French and local farmers.
France Blue Maine: Sales that increase over a year?
Caroline Druon: So over a year, that represents around 55 million cordon bleus sold. It goes on from year to year. Today, cordon bleu has become a product that families eat. Six out of ten families eat. It is very attractive for children and parents. It is a delicious product with poultry, cheese, etc. It is crunchy.
France Blue Maine: Are there really all the regions on this map? We all thought, No, but it’s not possible, I’ve been to Sarthe three times, but I’ve never been to the Pyrénées-Orientales.
Caroline Druon: It is true that there is a bit of an urban legend around this. Of course, they don’t put all the categories like that, it makes people to buy products again. So it is completely wrong. In fact, we make a map that includes all the regions. They are cut and then randomly placed in the results, so they are all there. And on top of that, we have a club, “the Gauls club” that allows the Gauls. who wants to exchange sectors. This club allows you to exchange categories that you don’t have.
