Banco Provincia’s personal loan is intended for the purchase of materials for small-scale housing projects. It is processed digitally by BIP Province Internet Banking and the money is credited to a card to be used in businesses related to construction.
Banco Provincia announced the launch of a new line of personal loans. This is Provincia Renueva, a special loan for the purchase of construction materials so that Buenos Aires citizens can improve the housing conditions of their homes with a low financing cost, thanks to a subsidy in the interest rate provided by the Provincial state.
This loan, which can be managed digitally through the BIP Province Internet Banking, has a maximum amount of 100,000 pesos and is granted in a single term of 60 months. For this period, the person pays a fixed interest rate of 24% per year, less than half the cost of a typical personal loan.
“Just as we accompany SMEs in their productive recovery, the public banks of the Buenos Aires citizens now launch this aid for families, because we want it to be easier and less expensive for them to face those small arrangements in homes that were postponed. during the pandemic ”, assured the president of the entity, Juan Cuattromo.
“This new line has funding of 5 billion pesos and is part of the social and productive assistance plan announced by Governor Axel Kicillof,” added Cuattromo. And he highlighted “the enormous effort made by the Province to subsidize the rate and thus be able to achieve a credit solution that also serves to drive the economy of the construction sector.”
Provincia Renueva is aimed at all public and private sector workers who receive their salaries through Banco Provincia accounts and have a positive prequalification. In addition, they must reside in Buenos Aires territory.
Once the person processed the loan through BIP Province Internet Banking, the money will be credited to a Visa card in his name, which will arrive at his home and can only be used in businesses related to the construction sector , such as hardware stores, paint stores, lumber companies, lighting and materials, among others.
