Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The telecommunications tower issuer, PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL) plans to distribute dividends with a maximum ratio of 70% of the company’s net profit throughout 2021.
President Director of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), Theodorus Ardi Hartoko, said that the dividend payout ratio target was in accordance with the plan presented in the prospective initial public offering of the company’s shares.
However, the dividend amount will be determined after the company announces the 2021 financial statement audit which will be used as a reference for the issuer codenamed MTEL. “The amount of the dividend is in accordance with the plan in the prospectus. The value will be seen after the closing of the financial statements,” said Teddy, in Jakarta, Monday (10/1/2022).
For information only, Mitratel last published a financial performance report for the period of June 30, 2021. The company posted revenue of Rp 3.23 trillion with a net profit of Rp 700.74 billion.
The company’s operating profit is valued at IDR 1.35 trillion with a cash flow of IDR 3.80 trillion.
Meanwhile, the company’s total assets until the second quarter of 2021 were recorded at IDR 32.26 trillion, consisting of IDR 18.57 trillion in liabilities and IDR 13.68 trillion in equity.
On Monday’s trading, it was observed that MTEL’s share price fell 1.23% to a level of Rp 805 per share with a market capitalization value of Rp 67.23 trillion.
