Advantages of the new legislation in France on employee participation in companies

For Companies in France with between 11 and 49 employees will be subject to new employee participation legislation from January 2025. As part of this webinar, the FFU partners CIC Est and EPP Rechtsanwälte Avocats will show you the advantages of this innovation for your company and also explain the financial options and obligations for employee participation as well as the consequences of the new legislation from a labor law perspective.
