Judge Nina Ruseva Mollova-Belcheva, appointed after the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council, took office in the District Court – Burgas. The judicial panel of the District Court – Burgas welcomes a proven and ambitious professional.
Judge Nina Ruseva Mollova-Belcheva graduated in “Law” from the Burgas Free University in 1998. She practiced as a lawyer for two years, and in the period from 2001 to 2004 she was a “junior” judge in the District Court – Burgas. From 2004 until now, he continues his judicial career as a judge in the District Court – Nessebar.
On 31.07.2024, in front of the General Assembly of magistrates from the District Court – Burgas, the District Court – Malko Tarnovo and the District Court – Sredets, seventeen new jurors were sworn in at a solemn ceremony, with a mandate of 2024 – 2028.
Twelve of them will perform the duties of jurors in the Regional Court – Sredets, and the other five will act as jurors in the Regional Court – Malko Tarnovo.
The newly elected jurors will have the mission of exercising public control over the work of the courts with the awareness that being a juror is not a profession, but a manifestation of civil and public duty.
The chairman of the District Court – Burgas, judge Evgeni Uzunov, wished the jurors to judge according to conscience and inner conviction, observing the code of ethics and all public norms, to be impartial, objective and fair, contributing to raising the prestige of the judiciary.
