Even if the idea was taken up at Snapchat, we must admit that Instagram has revolutionized stories since they are available on the app. In a quest to provide a better experience for its users, Instagram has announced a new feature for interacting on a story. The social network was waiting for Valentine’s Day to unveil this novelty!
Instagram presents
Private Story Like
Right now, when you want interact with the author of a story, you can press the reply button and select a emoji Where write a text. Whatever happens, this system will automatically send a private message to the creator of the story.
From now on it becomes possible to add a simple “like” to the story of another user, as you do daily on a classic publication!
In the latest version of Instagram, users will have access to a heart which will be at the bottom right of each story. Unlike the current system, when you press it, the person will no longer receive a new private message, but real-time notification.
Instagram assures that there will be no counting of likes like on a publication and that the likes will be completely confidential, no one will see them except you!
Through this major change, Instagram is providing a solution to users who complained to watch their private messages being inundated with replies from interactions on stories.

Other innovations will soon arrive on Instagram, it is the case d’avatars 3D that each profile will be able to create (a preparation for an entry of the social network in the Metaverse), sorting options for post feed on the home page or a procedure “Secury Checkup” to better secure your Instagram account.
Note that the Private Story Like feature is currently being deployed, she can very well disembark today as well as in the next few days. The novelty which should also arrive shortly is the flow management publications.
