Square Enix has released a new image of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth to show off one of the game’s most talked about moments (let’s say, second most talked about).
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will once again offer the opportunity to arrange Barret and Cloud’s date in the Golden Saucer, so Square Enix decided to show the old and new versions of this topical moment.
In the first image we see it will be in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, and in the second we see a moment from the original 1997 game.
Square Enix has been releasing a ton of promotional material regarding Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, which will release on February 29, 2024 as a timed exclusive on PS5. Exclusivity is set to expire on May 29, 2024, so after that we’ll likely see a PC version as well, just like Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade already did. However, an appearance on Xbox is unlikely.
