New GTA V Leak Reveals Unused Content and Story Expansions – 2021 Update

Even in the last days of the year, reports of leaks do not end. Although there has been a lot this year, players are currently having fun with new discoveries that stem from last year’s giant data leak from Rockstar. At the time, videos from GTA VI in progress were in the spotlight, even before Christmas we recalled the case by placing the attacker Arion Kurtaj in a hospital, and now we are returning to the whole matter through GTA V. Even the data from this game was supposed to be leaked last year, including source code that is most likely to hit the internet these days. Thanks to this, you can, for example, according to the magazine Insider Gaming expect a new set of cheats in the foreseeable future, but currently the most talked about content is unused or cut, which the published data indicates. Even according to them, it can be said with a fairly significant degree of probability that GTA V could have seen up to eight story expansions, but in reality there were none.

The aforementioned Insider Gaming recalls that the developers already explained in 2017 why they did not think too much about expanding the single-player part of GTA V. Behind everything was the great success of GTA Online and the effort to corner the iron while it was hot. We note that it was already almost six years ago, and at least in terms of the still very high interest in GTA Online, it was a good decision. However, players who are not fond of multiplayer can now lament the eight additions that could have enriched their experience. The data contains links to several packs, but also to potentially larger expansions through which we could go into business or visit Liberty City. The “Manhunt” pack or the DLC named “Agent Trevor” then indicate a potential crossover with the Manhunt event, respectively. the opportunity to embark on detective work with Trevor. But the names themselves can be an abbreviation for the upcoming content and not their one-word description. Still, the prospect of being able to play the events that preceded GTA V’s storyline in the “Prologue” sounds very enticing.

However, it is not only GTA V that is mentioned in the newly leaked or re-examined data. For example, players found files related to Bully 2 – the supposed sequel to the school action that players could dive into back in 2006. Not only mentions, but according to Budzcario’s Twitter account, a pair of images from an alleged cutscene – they show a gymnasium, or one of the classes. Budzcario then refers very chaotically character pictures on the canceled Agent, also mentions several apparently canceled projects – for example GTA: Tokyo whether Midnight Club 5, and also adds a few snippets from GTA VI. So if you’re wondering, Lucia should measure 160 cm, while Jason 185 cm, or Lucia she likes to listen Pavarotti or Duran Duran. He even adds i to the Liberty City account in GTA V comparison picture with the original version from GTA IV and a leaked screenshot of the same location created in the GTA V engine.

How and whether this leak will affect what is currently happening with GTA V, or what direction GTA VI will take, is not clear. However, it can be assumed that the developers themselves already know from last year what exactly they missed and what the consequences could be for them, so they probably already had time to prepare and the set processes will not be affected in any way. However, the fact remains that, regardless of the fog that Rockstar releases around them every time they start speculating about earlier or canceled projects, players can already make a fairly clear mosaic. In addition, it is certain that information will be leaked in the coming days, as evidenced by, among other things, the activity of Budzcaria and his jumping from topic to topic…
