The new game show Upside Down will not be shown on RTL 4. The channel announced on Monday that the program, which is presented by Edson Da Graça, will only be released via the streaming platform Videoland.

RTL had initially announced the show with the idea that it would be on television. It is the first time that RTL has made a major entertainment program available exclusively for the streaming service.

“We have been seeing for some time that entertainment shows like The Floor in The Jump not only on RTL 4, but also on Videoland. That is why we have now decided to Upside Down to stream exclusively at Videoland,” a spokesperson said. “We strongly believe in the program and think it fits perfectly with the Videoland audience.”

The first of eight episodes will be online on Wednesday. In the game show, famous Dutch people compete with each other in a studio that is completely upside down.
