It looks like Techland is planning something related to the popular Dying Light franchise. According to information from the user Kurakasisa Polish company has applied to register a new trademark called Dying Light: The Beast. Unfortunately, there are no details about Dying Light: The Beast yet, but it is possible that we are talking about a new game in the franchise or DLC content for Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Let us remind you that Dying Light 2 Stay Human is the last big game from the Techland studio, which will be released in 2022. The game is also developing a DLC story, which was originally planned to be released in 2023, but is now scheduled for release in 2024.
The new story expansion for Dying Light 2 will include such important innovations as a new campaign, a new map and new mechanics. More detailed information has not yet been released.
Gamescom is coming up this month, so there’s a chance Techland will be there and reveal details about this expansion and whether it has anything to do with Dying Light: The Beast.
