The Cooperative Bank of Epirus is adding a new function to its mobile banking app, with the aim of reducing the digital divide and inequalities in the use of new technologies. The creation of the new function in the application allows more customers of Epirus Bank who are not familiar with technology to take advantage of the use of the mobile banking app.
Users can now choose a more simplified menu format, which has the following four main functions: Payments, Transfer money, Transaction history, My contacts. The mobile banking app of the Cooperative Bank of Epirus is the personalized electronic assistant for its customers, who can carry out all their transactions directly and securely from their mobile phone or tablet.
Mr. Ioannis Vougioukas, CEO of Epirus Cooperative Banksaid about it: “With the new feature in the mobile banking we want to help our customers who are not, and/or are less familiar with digital applications, to be able to carry out all their transactions with ease and security. At Epirus Bank, we are continuing the digital upgrade of services with an emphasis on user-friendliness.”
