The portrait camera in Iphone 14 may be significantly more advanced than before, at least according to Apple analyst and delicious Ming-Chi Kuo. According to Kuo, all four Iphone 14 models will have a better front camera with a larger aperture of ƒ / 1.9 and autofocus. This can be compared to an aperture of ƒ / 2.2 in Iphone 13, plus they do not have autofocus.
The effect of the improved camera can be both better sharper images, better depth in the images and better photo quality in less good lighting conditions.
Previously, Kuo has announced that the rear cameras will also be upgraded on Iphone 14, mainly on the Pro and Pro Max models, which according to Kuo will have a primary camera of 48 megapixels that can record 8K video.
Apple is expected to present its Iphone 14 models sometime in September.
