The municipality of Olsberg was also in the black last year. Instead of the budgeted shortfall of 34,000 francs, the result is an income surplus of 122,000 francs. The municipal council cites various cost savings, higher tax revenues and a canton contribution of 48,000 francs to the renovation of the bullet trap as reasons. The tax income amounts to 1.436 million Swiss francs, 1.416 million were budgeted.
