Four Seasons will be present in three of the most emblematic tourist places of our country. In Asteras Vouliagmenis, which he took over the management of in September 2017, in Mykonos where he will take over the hotel that the Arabs of AGC Equity Partners, owners of Asteras Vouliagmenis, are “building” and in the popular Porto Heli in Argolis, where he will take over the tourist complex that he is creating the Irish businessman, Paul Coulson of Hinitsa Bay Holdings, in Hinitsa.
He closed a new Four Season in Porto Heli
Information from ot.gr states that the agreement between the Four Seasons and the Irish investor has been “locked” and official announcements are not excluded in the next period.
The two new hotels to be taken over by Four Seasons promise high-level services comparable to the reputation of the international chain.
The “Hinitsa Bay Holdings” project provides, as ot.gr has written, a 5-star Complex Tourist Accommodation with a capacity of 607 beds on a field of 642.51 acres, in an off-plan area in the location of Hinitsa in the Municipality of Hermionida, owned by the company HINITSA BAY HOLDINGS MONOPROSSOPI S.A.
In particular, the hotel will have a capacity of 257 beds, the furnished tourist residences will have 350 beds. The tourist furnished houses can be visited and are in operation throughout the year. The hotel is going to operate expanded, also throughout the year.
Mykonos in the final stretch
The Mykonos project is expected to be completed in 2026 and foresees the development of a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 192 beds, and the supporting works, at the “Karapetis” location D.K. Ano Mera, Municipality of Mykonos. The investment amounts to 78.6 million euros.
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, one of the most recognizable and luxurious international hotel chains, opened its first hotel in 1961 in Toronto, Canada, and since then has been “dedicated” to perfecting the travel experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of hospitality.
Today operating 130 hotels and resorts and 55 properties with villas and residences available for sale, in 47 countries, and with more than 50 projects under design or development, Four Seasons consistently ranks among the world’s best hotels and most prestigious brands in reader polls, traveler reviews and industry awards.
Greece is full of 5 stars
It should be noted that touristic Greece is changing and attracting more and more “heavy wallets”. Greek tourism is changing and gradually becoming 5-star as in the last decade the number of ultra-luxurious hotels operating in the country has more than doubled, while the rooms and beds of these hotels have almost doubled.
The continuous investment in end-to-end luxury units across the country has significantly upgraded the tourism product which means both an increase in arrivals but above all a significant increase in tourism receipts as middle and upper income class tourists increase.
At the end of 2022 the number of 5-star luxury hotels in the country reached 744 out of a total of 10,087 hotels, when ten years ago it was only 343 out of a total of 9,661 hotels.
