The new shifts come after the counting of the votes in Rotterdam. D66 was still at 24 in the provisional results, but now drops to 23. GL now climbs from 7 to 8 seats.
There is also a shift among the smaller parties. Newcomer JA21 now has 3 instead of 4 seats and Denk is now maintaining its current 3 seats.
More than 99.4 percent of the votes have now been counted by the polling stations. The turnout now stands at 78.9 percent. That is less than four years ago, when it was 81.6 percent.
