New FNAC and Monoprix Partnership in Montluçon Boosts Commercial Offer on Boulevard de Courtais

There is a change in the commercial offer on Boulevard de Courtais in Montluçon. The new FNAC premises were inaugurated yesterday evening in the presence of the operating director of Fnac-Darty. Exit the Saint-Jacques shopping center where it has been since 2018, the brand specializing in cultural products now shares premises with Monoprix.

This entire 2,700 m² site has been completely remodeled: FNAC occupies 950 m², when Monoprix reduced its surface area to around 1,700 m², the two being linked by a snacking area of ​​70 m². Originally, the desire to “optimize surface areas” to allow the culture and hi-tech giant to have a little more space.

This arrival is good news for the overall commercial dynamics of downtown Montluçon. Coming from elsewhere in the heart of the city was also a desire of FNAC.

FNAC benefits from an additional 400 m² in these new premises, used to develop a range of stationery and musical instruments, and also to enrich the range of cameras for example. In total, Monoprix and Fnac represent 38 jobs, or 10 more than in the previous configuration. The opening of the store to the public takes place this morning.
