New Flight From Plovdiv Airport to Manchester Announced for Winter Period

A new flight departs from Plovdiv airport. The line from Plovdiv to Manchester will be implemented from the month of November to the month of March at least in the next three years. Ticket sales will start this July.

Currently, 18 weekly flights are operated from Plovdiv Airport. About 24 were performed during the winter period charter flightsand now there is a request for the summer charter for about 200 flights in addition to the regular ones airlines.

“A number of meetings with the airlines were held for new destinations. We are currently negotiating three new destinations with Wizz Air. These are Rome, Vienna and Warsaw. The number of flights for the last one year has significantly increased, the management of Plovdiv Airport reported.
