In Nîmes (Gard), the management of SADA Assurances and the union representative representing employees signed, last Friday October 20, a new innovative and market-leading company agreement, which allows employees to experience flexibility in the organization of working time. This flexibility concerns the possibility offered to the Company’s employees to choose to work:
• 4 days/week,
• or 4.5 days/week (for employees only),
• or 4 days, every other week,
• or an annual quota of 10 days (for executives only), to be distributed according to their constraints and those of the Company.
As with teleworking which was implemented in the company in 2014, this new feature will be tested as part of a test phase planned for 2024 and 2025.
