New Features and Content in Free Fire’s Merdeka Update

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Today, Thursday (10/8/2023), Garena launched patch new to the game Free Fire (FF), which also celebrates the 78th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

This patch titled “Freedom” is here as the 4th update or update made by Free Fire, in 2023. Apart from that, there will also be a number of content released.

List of New Content in the Merdeka FF Update

Through its press release, Garena also revealed that there are several new features and content that players can enjoy, through this latest Free Fire update:

Mode Zombie Hunt: Double Evil

The Merdeka Free Fire update will present a more exciting and challenging Zombie Hunt mode. Patch this will present maps, gameplay, so that the zombie bosses will be stronger.

Apart from that, there will also be a mode called Double Evil, where players will fight two zombie bosses at once. This mode will also come with various missions and quest RPG dream.

New META in Battle Royale and Clash Squad

In Battle Royale mode, there will be two new quests that can change tactics and strategies for playing Free Fire.

First is Defense Arsenal. If previously the only way to open the Arsenal was to find the “Key” first, now players can open it by completing the Defense Arsenal quest.

With this quest, FF players will get a mission to survive in one of the Arsenal areas, to be able to open it automatically. However, mission progress can stop if an opposing team is present in the same area.
