A new batch of Escape from Tarkov screenshots posted on the official Discord gives a fresh look at “Streets of Tarkov”, the long-awaited city map. First featured at the 2020 PC Gaming Show, Tarkov Streets has been in development for over two years and is clearly Tarkov’s densest and most challenging area to date.
The Battlestate Games community manager posted two dozen new screenshots on the official Discord today. None of the shots show any action, but instead gives a good look at the map, with many different locations and architecture.
It is not yet clear when exactly “Streets of Tarkov” will appear in the game, but the developers suggest that this year – perhaps until the fall. Battlestate Games also plans to begin testing its standalone first-person shooter Tarkov Arena before the end of this year.
