Sweden
Changes are being made in five regions in Sweden.
The following will turn green:
- Blekinge

- Kalmar (from orange to green)
- Kronoberg (from red to green)
The following regions remain green:
- Dalarna
- Gotland

- Jämtland
- Skåne
- Stockholm
- Södermanland
- Uppsala

- Västernorrland

Red:
- Norrbotten (from red to orange)

Denmark
Green:

From orange to red:
- The Capital Region, including Copenhagen
Finland
All regions in Finland are green, except:

Archipelagos in Europe
Orange:
- Madeira, Portugal (goes from green to orange)
- Ionian Islands, Greece (goes from green to orange)
Green:
- North Aegean Islands, Greece
- Corsica, France
- Sardinia, Italy

Red or orange:
- Azores, Portugal (goes from orange to red)
- Balearic Islands, Spain (red)
- Crete, Greece (goes from orange to red)
- Canary Islands, Spain (red)
- South Aegean Islands, Greece (orange)
Little country (new):

- Bosnia-Herzegovina

These countries remain purple:
