The employment contract, in effect until July 18, 2028, targets a 21% salary increase, a 1% increase in contributions to the FTQ salary-funded pension plan (RRFS-FTQ) as well as an increase in the number of vacation days.

The two clans have also agreed on a four-day work schedule for certain types of employment and on the establishment of a telework system. Telemedicine consultations will also be at the employer’s expense and employees will receive retroactive pay and contributions to the RRFS-FTQ.
The unionized employees had been without a contract for a year.
