Here is an updated list of drugs withdrawn from the market by the decision of the Main Pharmaceutical Inspector. The list includes, among others: popular painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs, eye drops, vitamins. We provide names, numbers of withdrawn batches and expiry dates. Check what has been withdrawn from the market in Poland in recent months.

These drugs and preparations have recently been withdrawn by the Main Pharmaceutical Inspector – we update the list with new items. In the gallery you will find the name of the drug, the date of the recall decision and the specific batch numbers that have been contested (photos in the gallery are illustrative, GIF does not publish photos of the packaging).

If the results of the tests performed confirm that the medicinal product does not meet the quality requirements defined for it Main Pharmaceutical Inspector decides to withdraw it from the market.

The above decision may also be taken at the request of the responsible entity in connection with its own decision, at the request of the President of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices and Biocidal Products, if the use of the medicinal product causes a serious undesirable effect, and at the request of the Minister of Health or the President of the Office in the case of possible risk to public health.
