New director at the district court of Dieburg

Philipp Müller takes over the management of the authority from Ernst Porschnitz.

DIEBURG – (red). Philipp Müller is the new director of the district court in Dieburg, where he succeeds Ernst Porschitz.

Müller was born on April 21, 1976. After graduating from high school and studying law at the University of Frankfurt am Main, he completed his preparatory service in the district of the Darmstadt Regional Court and passed his second state examination in 2004.

He initially worked as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main specializing in commercial and corporate law. In 2008 he entered the judicial service of the State of Hesse and was initially employed in a civil chamber at the Darmstadt Regional Court. Philipp Müller then worked as a civil and fine judge at the Dieburg District Court and the Seligenstadt District Court before returning to the Darmstadt District Court. After an initial secondment, in which Müller worked in the Hessian State Chancellery from February 2016, he was transferred to the Rüsselsheim District Court in October 2017, appointed as the permanent representative of a director. In addition to administrative matters, he last looked after foreclosure and family matters. In January 2020, Philipp Müller again worked as part of a delegation in the Hessian State Chancellery. The secondment ended with his appointment as director of the district court.

Philipp Müller is married and has two children. He enjoyed working in the Hessian State Chancellery, but is looking forward to returning to the Dieburg District Court, with which he has many good memories.
