Al-Marsad Newspaper: Egyptian journalist Mustafa Bakri revealed new details about the army officer who ran over an entire family in Madinaty, New Cairo.
He said during the “Facts and Secrets” program, broadcast on the “Sada Al-Balad” satellite channel, that the officer is called Ziyad Hossam El-Din Amin, a medical officer in the armed forces, with the rank of captain.
And he continued, Ziyad is the only son of his parents and his son after 15 years without a successor. He was born in 1995 and joined the College of Military Medicine in the first batch, graduating from it in 2019 and specializing in oncology. He has been married recently, and his father bought him a “villa” and a “Mercedes” car.
He added, Ziyad is an athletic person whose hobbies are boxing and swimming. He had a herniated disc some time ago and was bedridden for six months.
He pointed out that the accused army officer confessed to the run-over incident and that he was not in a normal state.
