The issue of torture of the Egyptian artist was raised again Wafa Makki For two maids 22 years ago, specifically in the year 2001, new and exciting details emerged.

After Makki confirmed, in televised statements, on Saturday, her innocence in the case, accusing a famous artist of having evidence of her innocence, but she hid it, the intended artist, Mayar al-Beblawi, came out to confirm the sincerity of Makki’s words.

Threats to kill her son

Al-Beblawi said that she already had evidence of Makki’s innocence, but she was afraid to show it, because she had received threats to kill her son if she stood with Makki.

She also added, in statements to the Egyptian satellite channel “Al-Shams” on Sunday, that the guard of the property in which she resides recommended two girls to help her with the housework, and told her that they were coming from Wafaa Makki’s house and it was found that they were suffering from a skin disease and their hair was falling out.

Al-Beblawi refused to work with the two girls, fearing for herself and her child from infection.

Someone you want to hurt

However, she made it clear that the two girls were not in bad health when they arrived, and their hair was not shaved, as was reported, or they suffered from physical burns, revealing that the property guard had ordered them to leave after refusing to seek their help.

She stated that she was then surprised by press statements accusing her Wafa Makki By torturing the two girls, cutting their hair, burning their bodies, and interrogating her on these accusations, declaring that she had spoken to a journalist close to Makki and told him that this information was not true.

To the latter, he responded by saying that there is a person who wants to harm Wafaa Makki, and that her testimony (that is, Mayar al-Beblawi) in this incident will not benefit her with anything.

They deal drugs

It is noteworthy that in her statements on Saturday, Makki accused the two maids of being drug dealers, and that their families had criminal records, adding that they had a skin disease that led to their hair falling out, explaining that she feared the same fate for herself, because the disease was serious, so she decided to lay them off after 3 years of work.

It is noteworthy that Wafaa Makki, born on September 12, 1966, is 56 years old. She obtained a diploma in commerce, and her start in acting was in 1985 by performing small roles, then she gained great stardom after playing the character “Mahjah” in the series “Wolves of the Mountain” in the early 1990s.
