The head of the Desouk Prosecution Office headed a team from the prosecution that included Muhammad al-Masiri, Baher Shamata, and the two prosecutors to conduct investigations about the incident and its circumstances and circumstances, while the prosecution team began its investigations by examining the body and the site of the accident inside the house in the village of Kafr al-Sharana.

The details come back when the Desouq police station received a report from a citizen, accompanied by the so-called “Siham Y.S”, 45 years old, a housewife, who resides in the village of Kafr Al-Sharana, affiliated to the Desouk center, stating that she had committed the murder of her aforementioned daughter with a white weapon “knife”, in the place of They resided in the village of Kafr Al-Sharana, affiliated to the Desouk district, and fled to Alexandria Governorate.

Major General Khaled Al-Muhammadi, Director of Criminal Investigations at the Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate, Major General Essam Al-Najjar, Assistant Director of Kafr El-Sheikh Security, moved to the Desouk Police Division, Brigadier General Haitham Abdel-Maqsoud, Head of the Criminal Investigation Branch in western Kafr El-Sheikh, Brigadier General Muhammad Kamal, Warden of the Desouk Police Station, and Major Ahmed Abdel-Shafi , head of the center’s investigations, and Captain Ahmed Yousry, assistant of the center’s investigations.

The policemen conducted a security response around the scene of the incident, while the detectives inspected the scene of the accident and the body of the child, the victim of her mother. .

The mother was arrested, and in discussion with her, she admitted that she had committed the incident, due to the fact that she had gone through a severe psychological crisis following the death of her husband, the child’s father, about 4 years ago, which made her accept the commission of the incident, and after realizing how she committed it, she fled to Alexandria to hide with one of her relatives there.

The necessary minutes of the incident were drawn up, and the Public Prosecution was notified to initiate investigations. Counselor Amr Al-Awadi, head of the Desouk Prosecution Office, under the supervision of Counselor Saud Muhammad Naguib, the Attorney General of the Kafr El-Sheikh College Prosecution, ordered the assignment of a forensic doctor to autopsy the body of the child to clarify the causes of death.

The Chief Prosecutor of Desouk also ordered the transfer of the child’s body to the morgue of Kafr El-Sheikh General Hospital to conduct the autopsy there, and to authorize the burial of the body after the autopsy and assign forensic evidence to the Kafr El-Sheikh Security Directorate to remove the effects of the accident.
