The planning and product ordering point in Šiauliai is already the third small-scale customer service center of “Ikea” in Lithuania, the main purpose of which is to provide customer support in the planning of furniture systems.

The place for planning and ordering goods is created so that visitors can find inspiration, gain knowledge about home improvement, view solutions and receive specialist support in improving everyday life close to where they live or work.

In the new location in Šiauliai, “Ikea” will offer an exhibition hall, a self-service planning area and planning consultations, as well as a goods receiving and returning area with a separated flow of visitors.

All “Ikea” services that can be received in Lithuania will be available in Šiauliai, such as planning, measuring, assembly and installation of kitchen appliances and storage solutions. Approximately 100 different products will be available for immediate purchase, and in addition, you will be able to order online from more than 9,000 products in the “Ikea” range.

The planning and ordering place in Šiauliai is located in the shopping center at Gegužių street 30.

The retailer’s planning and product ordering location in Šiauliai is already the fourth Ikea customer service location in Lithuania and the seventh in the Baltic States. Previously, an “Ikea” store was opened in Estonia in 2022.

An “Ikea” store was opened in Latvia in 2018.

“Ikea” entered Lithuania 10 years ago – in 2013, when the first “Ikea” store in the Baltic States was opened in Vilnius. Later, it was supplemented by customer service locations in Kaunas and Klaipeda. “Ikea” employs approximately 700 employees in Lithuania.
