The first generation of the Skoda Fabia was presented in 1999 at the Frankfurt Motor Show and has been one of the brand’s bestsellers for over 20 years. Now they want the model to make a crossover: a small car, but bulky, technological and inexpensive.
The crossover will be built on the basis of Volkswagen’s MEB platform.
The car is currently still in development, but an unofficial rendering of the car has surfaced online that teases what it might look like.
The artist used the Vision 7S concept design, which already has the new company logo and follows Skoda’s corporate style. T-shaped headlights have also been added. The silhouette of the car is quite streamlined and has large windows with a low bottom line to allow more light to enter the interior and make it visually more spacious.
Inside, most likely, there will be a digital dashboard, a large multimedia system screen, a projection display, writing important information for the driver on the windshield, physical buttons will be minimized.
And, of course, it will be an electric car. So far, according to rumors, only one thing is known: the mileage on a single charge will be around 400 kilometers.
