New crime in Campoalegre • La Nación

In the middle of an exchange of gunfire, the young Tatiana Cruz was injured in the early hours of this Sunday in the rice-growing capital of Huila.

Apparently, there was an armed confrontation in the Ferro neighborhood, where the woman was hit by a projectile in her body. Although she was helped and taken to the healthcare center, she did not survive when she was referred to Neiva.

The authorities are finding out the exact circumstances of the crime. At the moment there are no further details of what happened, nor captures in this regard.

With this bloody event, there are six homicides so far in the month of January in the municipality of Campoalegre.
