Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) – The new rules for the extended corona lockdown in Baden-Württemberg come into force on Monday. After a vote between the federal government and the federal states, the state government decided, among other things, to adjust the contact restrictions. From now on, private meetings are only allowed between members of the same household and another person. Children of the two households up to and including 14 years are not counted.
Day care centers remain closed, distance learning is the order of the day in schools. Special rules for face-to-face lessons in the final classes are possible. Emergency care will also be set up. On Thursday, the government wants to decide whether daycare centers and primary schools can open from January 18 in view of the then prevailing corona situation.
What is also new is that shops for goods beyond daily needs such as fashion shops are now allowed to make pick-up offers in addition to deliveries, the so-called Click & Collect. A customer can pick up the goods on site after a telephone consultation, for example.
The exit restrictions in the southwest continue to apply. So people are only allowed to leave the house with a “valid reason”. This can be the way to work or a visit to the doctor. During the day – i.e. from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. – shopping and visits to the authorities are allowed. At night the list is smaller.
Further requirements relate, among other things, to the areas of gastronomy, services, leisure events and religious practice. The government has published extensive overviews on the Internet of what is allowed or allowed to open until the end of the month – and what is not.
