Summary : | The current Conservatory of Music is in questionable conditions, its program does not contemplate the use of the facilities by people of legal age who practice various cultural activities. The project was located on the axis of Padre Aguirre street specifically in the “José María Rodríguez” Music Conservatory, which is the case study. The development of an open cultural facility was proposed as part of a connecting axis within the historic center, and which is linked to the current music conservatory. In addition, squares and a public space were developed that connect with the aforementioned pedestrian axis. |
