New company on the Blumenthal site Marketing agency moves next to the engine shed

For five years now, the city of Recklinghausen has been trying to transform the former Blumenthal mine site with shafts 1/2/6 into an industrial park, but so far marketing has stalled. Five companies have so far settled on the site on the left and right side of Herner Strasse.
And with the Lenner Online Marketing agency, another company is now moving to the location. On September 30, the agency, which specializes in media design, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing and web development, is moving its company headquarters from Oer-Erkenschwick to the Blumenthal site in Recklinghausen. The 13-person team led by agency owner Christian Lenner is moving into the new office building at Beckbruchweg 17a, right next to Andreas Heppe’s restored locomotive shed, where Kemper GmbH had already settled in early 2024.
“We are very much looking forward to our new location in Recklinghausen,” announced Christian Lenner in a press release. “The new offices with their loft character and proximity to the historic locomotive shed perfectly embody our corporate philosophy: We combine tradition with innovation.”
On the one hand, the new premises offer more space for meetings and creative sessions, and on the other hand, the open design contributes to the “agile and collaborative way of working” of his team, says Lenner.
In addition to the Lenner Online Marketing agency, the following companies are also located in the Blumenthal industrial park: Kommunale Service Betriebe Recklinghausen (Beckbruchweg 33), FactoryXperts Deutschland GmbH (Beckbruchweg 17b), Kemper GmbH (Beckbruchweg 17a), Orthana GmbH (Beckbruchweg 17) and Drämer Gebäudetechnik GmbH (Herner Straße 104).
