In the building where the Postbar moved in recent years, Zeelander Wilco Dees (28) has opened his first real coffee bar. It is a pop-up project, because the Postbar may return early next year. “But I am eager to share my knowledge and passion about coffee with customers. And what better way to do that than with a fresh bowl of comfort?”
