Six new civil lawsuits have been filed against rapper and producer P.Diddy (Sean Combs), alleging that men, women and a 16-year-old boy were sexually assaulted. The portal reports this CNN citing court documents.
All lawsuits were filed anonymously by plaintiffs “John Doe” and “Jane Doe” in federal court for the Southern District of New York. The allegations in the lawsuits are different, with some accusing the musician of sexual assault, rape and drug addiction. At least two incidents occurred at his famous “white parties” between 1998 and 2006. The six plaintiffs are seeking unspecified damages.
For the first time, the new lawsuits include the names of other celebrities who have not yet been revealed.
As reported EADailyDiddy was are held on the evening of September 16. His homes in Miami and Los Angeles were searched.
The musician was charged with sex trafficking, organizing criminal activities and transporting people for prostitution. He denies all the allegations.
According to the prosecutor’s office, P.Diddy use his business empire, including the record label Bad Boy Entertainment, to transport women and men across American state lines to participate in recorded sex acts called Freak Offs.
Diddy in turn accused federal prosecutors in the leak of pre-trial information that took away his “right to a fair trial.”
Earlier it emerged that the rapper’s trial was scheduled for May 5, 2025. Now prosecutors study video recordings on media of approximately 90 devices seized from Diddy’s homes during searches.
According to the lawyer Tony Buzbee, who represents the interests of the victims, about 120 people are preparing to file claims against the musician, the youngest of whom is 9 years old age at the time of the incident. Approximately 25% of the total number of applicants were minors at the time of the events; if Diddy is found guilty, he faces life in prison.
Before that, the rapper’s legal team spoke to him reportin which she denied that Diddy was capable of sexual violence.
Last week he himself for the first time since he was arrested published posted on social media wishing her 2-year-old daughter a happy birthday.
