Mi MIX 4 will be the new cell flagship of Xiaomi. The model should be launched by the Chinese manufacturer next Monday (29) during the brand’s official event. According to information published in the social media, should bring an unprecedented feature in the market: liquid lenses in camera.
But how so liquid? According to a publication by the company’s chief executive, Lei Jun, on the Chinese website Weibo, this name was given because the lens enables behavior closer to that of the human eye. The idea is that a liquid is surrounded by a material of movie inside the camera, replacing traditional optical lenses and changing the focal length.
According to the Chinese website GizChina, the liquid lens developed by Xiaomi makes possible the coexistence of macro and telephoto, something not yet seen in cell phones. The liquid structure of the lens, with the help of an engine, would be able to obtain a precise and fast focus.
