The BN.1 subvariant is reported to cause mild flu-like symptoms and is not much different from the symptoms of its older variant.
1. Cough
The rainy season seems to trigger trivial symptoms of illness, including cough. Cough is also one of the new symptoms of Covid. However, coughing due to the common cold is different from coughing due to Covid-19.
In cases of the common cold, the cough is usually accompanied by mucus or is called cough up phlegm. While coughs due to Covid-19 tend to be dry coughs.
But if you have a cough with phlegm, you shouldn’t immediately assume it’s not Covid-19. A number of Covid-19 patients have reportedly complained of coughing up phlegm.
2. Colds
Do you usually subscribe to colds in the rainy season? During a pandemic, you can no longer take a cold lightly. A cold is one of the symptoms of Covid-19.
The common cold and the common cold caused by Covid-19 are quite difficult to distinguish. You need to swab to determine whether a cold is caused by Covid-19 or not.
3. Sore throat
Cough as one of the symptoms of Covid is usually accompanied by a sore throat. An itchy sensation in the throat triggers a cough. When it happens all the time, the throat hurts.
However, sometimes a sore throat just appears without a dry cough. Therefore, you must remain vigilant.
4. Headache
There are various headache sensations and they can be different for each person. However, this latest Covid symptom has a pretty specific feel to it. Typically, headaches due to Covid-19 have a throbbing head sensation accompanied by dizziness.
5. Fatigue
When infected with SARS-CoV-2, the body will be more tired than usual. Fatigue usually occurs due to energy expended on immune system performance.
The reason is that the immune system has to “work hard” when the virus attacks.
What is the feeling of being tired? Try to identify the condition of the body. When the body feels tired for no reason or gets tired quickly even if it’s light activity, you need to be suspicious.
6. Muscle or joint pain

Muscle or joint pain is often ignored as normal. During a pandemic, pain should no longer be underestimated.
The pain can occur suddenly or without vigorous physical activity. The pain can sometimes spread to other areas of the body.
7. Fever
From now on, you should provide a body thermometer at home. Fever is one of the most recent symptoms of Covid. A thermometer will help you determine whether or not your body temperature includes a fever.
Not only Covid-19, fever is often a symptom of other diseases. If you have a fever, you should get a swab to make sure whether or not the fever is caused by Covid-19.
