The General Authority for Building and Housing Cooperatives ends the extension of the period for purchasing the brochures of reservation conditions for the projects of New Cairo Pearl – Badr Pearl – October Pearl – 10th of Ramadan Pearl, tomorrow, Thursday, July 13th.
The Building and Housing Cooperatives Authority stated that it was scheduled to put the tender documents for sale at the body’s main headquarters in Nasr City, from 12 to 26 June, but this period was extended until July 13 due to the high demand for the purchase of pamphlets and progress in these projects.
The Authority added that a 20% discount was applied to customers who paid the full value of the unit (cash system) while choosing their housing unit without entering the lottery.
Apartment prices are as follows:
In the city of New Cairo, the apartment recorded 109 meters, one million and 383 thousand pounds, and the apartment 152 meters, one million and 983 thousand pounds.
In the 6th of October City, the 155-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 859 thousand pounds.
In Badr City, the 125-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 606 thousand pounds, and the 140-square-meter apartment recorded one million and 414 thousand pounds.
In the Tenth of Ramadan City, apartments range from 680,000 pounds to 1,000,000 pounds.
The Authority confirmed that the spaces of the offered housing units start from 95 meters to 155 meters, including the garage, and there are payment facilities of up to 7 years, with the exception of the Pearl of the Tenth of Ramadan, with payment facilities of up to 10 years.
