Microsoft trains a major update to Windows 10, which received the 2004 index. In it, users will have access to one of the key features of the macOS world.
The release of the assembly will take place in April 2020, while the testers of the Windows Insider program from among the Fast Ring (receiving updates as quickly as possible) have already gained access to the new version of Windows 10.
Among the key changes is the ability to reinstall the operating system from the cloud. Now, to reinstall Windows, you need a bootable drive – a disk, flash drive or external HDD / SSD-drive. However, in the upcoming update with a sufficient connection speed, the current distribution package can be downloaded from Microsoft servers during the reinstallation process.
It is reported that in this way only the build of the system that is currently installed will be installed. The ability to reinstall the system “the old fashioned way” will also remain.
Microsoft first talked about this chip in September 2019, but so far it has not appeared in public versions of Windows 10:
