Future Neyrpic customers must be bubbling with impatience. While the opening of the Saint-Martin-d’Hères shopping center is scheduled for spring 2024, management is gradually revealing the brands that will be present in the aisles.

The Apsys group, owner of the site, announced, in March 2023, the arrival of ready-to-wear brands such as Stradivarius, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Celio, New Yorker, and Teddy Smith.

On Thursday October 19, 2023, a new burst of brands has been revealed. Here are the ones.

End of suspense. Marks Sandro, Maya and Claudie Pierlot will respectively open a point of sale in the shopping center.

Neyrpic customers will also be able to shop at Project Xstreetwear for men and women and the specialist in clothing for babies and children Flashy.

New restaurants are coming

This Thursday’s announcement is full of surprises. The shopping center management has unveiled three new names to complete the catering offer: Yogurt Factory, Haribo et Fruit Paradise.

The opening is planned in more than six months, yet the Neyrpic shopping center displays a 80% marketing rate.

Concretely, Apsys management has built locations that brands can buy. 4/5 of them are already rented by a brand.

“The marketing of Neyrpic continues with the arrival of new prestigious brands popular with consumers, which undeniably testifies to the attractiveness of the place,” says Céline Poix, director of the shopping center.
