As part of the restructuring to Dornbracht AG & Co. KG, a two-person executive board was established last year. In consultation with the board of directors and the supervisory board, Jochen M. Wilms had taken on the role of director of marketing and sales on an interim basis from the start. Over the past few months, a successor has been sought together who will take over his duties in the long term after the first phase of the transformation.
With Frank Offermanns, the supervisory board and the board of directors present the future board of directors for marketing and sales today. Offermanns will take over responsibility with effect from May 1, 2021 and support the company as a consultant in the phase of familiarization that is just beginning.
Frank Offermanns can refer to an extraordinary and successful career as a manager in the fields of marketing and sales. He held international leading positions at Nestlé and Kraft Foods, among others. He lived and worked in different countries and thus has broad, international management experience.
Jochen M. Wilms will hand over his duties on the Board of Management to his successor on April 30, 2021 and will continue to be associated with the company as a member of the Supervisory Board.
“We would like to thank Jochen M. Wilms for his extraordinary and high level of personal commitment in the
first phase of our company transformation. Thanks in part to his commitment, the transformation process that Dornbracht has completed over the past few months has been as successful as it is efficient, ”says CEO Stefan Gesing.
And Matthias Dornbracht, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dornbracht AG & Co. KG, adds: “We wish Mr. Offermanns an excellent start in his new area of responsibility and are pleased to have Mr. Wilms at our side as an active member of the Supervisory Board.”
