The former Miss Latina Argentina 2013, Candelaria Solorzano, has been replaced by another Miss: here’s who will play the role of the Black Cat in the Il Mercante in Fiera game show.
Monday 25 September next, up Rai 2there will be the debut of the new edition of Il Mercante in Fiera hosted by Pino Insegno.

The game show which is inspired by the card game of the same name, will return to the air after the first two editions on Italia 1 again hosted by I teach e Ainett Stephens in the role of Black Cat. The latter was replaced not without controversy by the former Miss Latina Argentina 2013, Candelaria Solorzano exonerated at the last minute following a video posted on Instagram while she was busy carrying out “actions not compatible with the role she was asked to play”.
Today, according to reports Davide Maggiothe role of Gatta Nera would have been entrusted to another model, the 19 year old Lavinia AbateMiss Italy 2022.
The very young Roman girl was crowned Miss Italy last December 21st and, on that occasion, she confessed her dream, that of one day becoming an established singer-songwriter, in addition to her disbelief after winning the coveted beauty contest:
“I’m a dreamer, yet I didn’t believe it, I never imagined I’d hear my own name. Until the end I preferred not to delude myself, in life I chose never to create expectations.”
The 19-year-old also said she has a health problem that has made her strong and determined:
“I have suffered from scoliosis since the age of 13 and have had to wear a rigid brace for the last five years. I removed it last summer. The doctors and physiotherapists at Isico who looked after me were my angels. Wear the corset gave me many insecurities and limitations. Now all this has made me stronger and made me understand that you must never give up what you love to do, despite the impediments”
