The Health Insurance Council revealed the existence of a package of new basic benefits in the health insurance policy to support people with disabilities through the rehabilitation program.
The Council indicated that the amounts allocated for the costs of treating cases of disability amounted to 100 thousand riyals, as well as for cases of early examination of newborns to reduce disability.
He pointed out that the rehabilitation of people with disabilities enhances mental health and helps in mobility, while reducing the increase in complications, which improves the quality of life.
